E-Hands Sustainability Foundation (ESF) is a NPO – Not for Profit Organisation (Section 8 entity) registered under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). ESF has been exempted from Income Tax on profits, if any; under Section 12AA and the Donors/grant providers to ESF can claim Income Tax benefits under Section 80G. ESF is also registered and recognised by MCA as CSR1 entity.
